IVONA BOGNER

With two university degrees and rich working experience as a special education teacher and therapist, I don’t give up on my first love – music journalism. Started in 1994 as a radio and TV presenter, continued as a written journalist in 2004. Since then I have collaborated with numerous European magazines. In 2020, I founded Abaddon Magazine with my comrades, and I will never give up on writing, listening and promoting the best music in the universe.

MILOS ŠEBALJ

A musician by choice and a journalist by chance. However, much better at the latter one. Self taught reviewer for music and musical literature. Radio host when presented with an opportunity, video presenter when necessity calls for it. A future who-knows-what-else, since the curiosity and drive often surpass the possibilities and capability. But altogether a nice guy!

ANĐELA MILUNOVIĆ

Anđela Milunović born in Ivanjica, Serbia, 24 years old, currently senior medical student and amateur ethnologist. My love for metal music lasts over a decade now, in late 2020 I was accepted in Abaddon magazine from Belgrade as a journalist, my journey with them still lasts and till now I reviewed many albums, books, movies and shows of foreign and Serbian metal bands and authors. Besides that our magazine is making live and written interviews with bands, I am proud the most on my interview with Estonian folk metal band Metsatoll in April 2024. My wish is to report from major metal festivals in Europe and World wide. Stay metal!

STRAHINJA RUPNJAK

Passionate music lower and vinyl collector. First major concert I’ve photographed was Death DTA eight years ago for Metal Jacket Magazine. From that moment forward I’ve taken pictures for many local fanzines such sa Nocturne, Helly Cherry but also was lucky enough that bands would share my work. A lot of favorite concerts, but from this year, at least the one I’ve photographed, Taake, Nordjevel, Zetra and VV.

BART TOMASZEWSKI

I was born quite a long time ago in Poland (1974) to support the scene and keep metal flames away, even though I officially started to listen to metal at age of 13. Few years later (4, maybe 5) I decided to edit my own fanzine and this adventure lasted over years. Then, after graduating journalism, I wrote reviews, made interviews and live reports for some magazines. I moved to Sweden and my journey continued. Finally I became a part of the Abaddon team, where I’ll stay until the last breath!!! I’d like to develop together with this magazine.

IVAN VESELINOVIĆ

Ivan was born in the medieval town of Smederevo in the same year that Morbid Angel released their debut album. After finishing primary school and high school he got a bachelor’s degree in art history. Inspired by old masters of baroque and neoclassicism, his interest in photography grew as he finished his studies. After a few years of shooting primarily portrait, landscape and macro work he combined his love of music and photography by shooting national and regional bands that were playing in his hometown and later, thanks to Abaddon, world renowned bands that were playing in Serbia. Apart from shooting concerts Ivan also plays an active role in his community by helping to organize numerous art festivals which feature exhibitions, plays, short films, concerts, poetry readings and workshops. He lives with his wife and two cats who are forced to listen to “Rush” and various black metal bands as well as watch “The wire” a bit too much for their own liking.

VIDOJE MURIĆ

Webmaster. Biggest fan of bands Metallica, Arkona (Russia), Parkway Drive and King Dude.

STEVE THOMAS-GREEN

I’m the lone English (the country) writer on Abaddon Magazine and I’m also the oldest. My first concert was seeing Rainbow in July 1981, when I was 14 years old… and my passion for Metal is still as strong as ever, more than 40 years later.
I’ve been involved in the Metal scene since the mid-90s and I pop up on Abaddon every now and then. I’m also the crazy cat man and we have 12 cats are present (yes, I’m that crazy about cats)
