The legendary British band Dub Pistols is finally coming back to Belgrade!

After more than 16 years, the energetic mix of dub, electronic, ska and punk will rock again the Belgrade audience – this time in Dorćol Platz, on Friday, November 14th. Tickets at the early bird price of 2700 dinars are available can be purchased through Gigstix, and physical tickets will soon be available in the Katakombe bar (Knez Miletina 45). The presale price is 3100 dinars, and on the day of the show 3500 dinars.

Dub Pistols, founded by the charismatic Barry Ashworth alongside Jason O’Brien, from the mid-90s became synonymous with uncompromising parties and a sound that erases boundaries genres. SThey quickly established themselves on the global stage thanks to their explosive performances and eclectic style that blends dub, hip-hop, jungle, ska, breakbeat and punk energy. During their rich career, the band has collaborated with names such as Terry Hall (TheSpecials), Horace Andy (Massive Attack), Busta Rhymes and Gregory Isaacs, and their remixes and original tracks have become indispensable at festivals around the world, from Glastonbury to Boomtown, as well as gaining numerous fans through the famous video games for which they have made music, from Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 to NBA Live 08 to FIFA 99. The audience knows them best for hits such as “Cyclone”, “Problem Is”, “Back to Daylight”, “Alive”, “Peaches”, “Mucky Weekend” and “Boom” – songs that still shake the dance floor today podiums around the world. In addition to studio albums such as “Six Million Ways to Live”, “Speakers and Tweeter”s, “Rum & Coke and Addict”, Dub Pistols are known for being relentless “touring” and the reputation of one of the best live bands on the British scene. Their concerts are not only musical events, but a real explosion of positive energy and togetherness, which after 16 long years, the Belgrade audience will be able to see again. See you on November 14th in Dorćol Platz – get your tickets in time!
