Born of Osiris was formed in 2003 in the suburbs of Chicago, under the name Diminished, as part of a very strong local metalcore scene. It is interesting that the band in its early days changed their name twice before they became Born of Osiris. They signed for Sumerian Records, and their sound is increasingly moving towards deathcore. Two years later they released their first official release and went on tour with All Shall Perish, After the Burial and Caliban. Since then, they have released six more albums, and the latest among them is “Angel and Alien” with 14 songs. Without a doubt, all the necessary ingredients are still there: inhuman vocals, technically stunning guitar playing, complex musical rhythms sections and epic melodies. Band members are: Ronnie Canizaro – vocalist, Lee McKinney – lead guitar, backing vocals, Nick Rossi – bass, rhythm guitar, keyboards and Cameron Losch – drums.

Entheos is a progressive deathcore band from California, formed in 2015. Permanent the lineup consists of drummer Navene Koperweis and vocalist Chaney Crabb. Both have interesting biographies – Navene was a member of the cult band for many years Animals as Leaders, and is currently a session drummer for Machine Head and Job For A Cowboy. Chaney, on the other hand, used to be a backing vocalist in Allegaeon and still is a real star of social networks with his unique singing style, which fans will definitely love the genre, but you might not be able to put the kids to sleep with it. They have behind them three studio albums, while their last release, EP “An End to Everything”, was released in October 2024.
The Voynich Code is a technical deathcore band formed in 2013 in Lisbon. They took the name based on a mysterious book from the Italian Renaissance.
