German death metallers Rise Of Kronos continue their relentless rise in the extreme metal scene with the release of their latest single, “Poison Of The Gods”. Following the success of their critically acclaimed 2024 album Imperium, this new track further cements their place as one of the most formidable forces in modern death metal. The track was mixed by Nino Helfrich (Skull Tone Studios) and mastered by Joel Wanasek (known for his work with Machine Head, Ice Nine Kills and Miss May I), ensuring a powerful and polished production that enhances its crushing intensity.
With “Poison Of The Gods” the band also introduces a new lineup. Singer Tom comments:
”Poison Of The Gods is a statement for the future as a 4-piece band. It showcases the brutality and energy that Henne, as the new guitarist, brings to the group, but also the creativity that has been unleashed through the new lineup. This song marks the beginning of a journey that will continue to gain momentum!”
The track is now available on all major streaming platforms, accompanied by an intense and visually stunning music video, filmed in the legendary village of Wacken, home of the world-famous Wacken Open Air festival.
In just a few hours Rise Of Kronos will also hit the road for their highly anticipated European tour. Teaming up with Polish death metal legends Vader, they are set to bring an unrelenting wave of brutality to stages across the continent!
