Polish metal legends Behemoth have released a blistering new single “Lvciferaeon,” accompanied by a striking music video. This track marks the third preview from their eagerly awaited studio album “The Shit Ov God”, set to drop on May 9th via Nuclear Blast.

“Lvciferaeon” comes at a pivotal time, with the band continuing their high-profile “Unholy Trinity” tour, which has seen fans rallying in protest and powerful displays of unity across the globe. Lead vocalist and guitarist Nergal explained the significance of the new single:
“It seems fitting to announce ‘Lvciferaeon’ as our next single amidst all the protest activity seen on the streets of the ‘Unholy Trinity’ tour. Lucifer has been a recurring symbol for us over our three decades of existence – a symbol of defiance and humanity in contrast to the divine ideal. Our fight continues!”

The accompanying music video, which blends dark, symbolic imagery with the band’s signature intensity, brings the song’s defiant themes to life. As with much of Behemoth’s work, the video is a visual representation of the band’s ongoing rebellion against institutionalized ideals, and serves as a powerful commentary on the current state of global unrest.

“Lvciferaeon” follows the earlier singles “God=Dog” and “Off to the Night,” both of which have further cemented the anticipation surrounding “The Shit Ov God”. With these new releases, Behemoth is delivering their most ambitious and bold material to date, demonstrating why they remain at the forefront of the extreme metal scene.

Watch the “Lvciferaeon” video below and prepare for the full album release on May 9th. As Nergal emphasized, the battle against conformity and the divine ideal is far from over, and Behemoth’s unapologetic sound and vision are leading the charge.
